Bellisima Fiore Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy                                                                                             Effective Date: 6/1/2025

Cancellation Period:

Orders can be canceled up to 14 days/ 2 weeks before the scheduled delivery or event date.

Cancellation requests made after this period may be subject to cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellation requests made within 7 days/1 week of the scheduled delivery or event date may incur a cancellation fee of 18 % of the total order value.

Refund Policy:

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5 business days of the cancellation approval.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Change of Date or Venue:

If the event date or venue changes, Bellisima Fiore will make every effort to accommodate the changes, subject to product availability.

Changes must be communicated to Bellisima Fiore as soon as possible.

Force Majeure:

Bellisima Fiore is not liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other unforeseen events.

Communication of Cancellation:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@bellisimafiore.com.

Include the order number, event date, and a detailed explanation of the reason for cancellation.

Custom Orders:

Custom or personalized orders may be subject to different cancellation terms, as communicated during the ordering process.

Cancellation Acknowledgment:
